1. About these terms
These Subscription Terms apply to Fertility Minds Premium subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. They form part of our Terms of Service.
2. What's included
Premium gives you:
- Full access to the guided wellness video and meditation library
- Expert-verified articles and audio tools
- Unlimited access to community groups and discussions
- New weekly content curated by fertility professionals
- The ability to save and track your favourite tools and sessions
Free users continue to have access to core features including mood check-ins, selected content and basic community access.
3. Price
Fertility Minds Premium is £7.99 per month in the United Kingdom. Prices in other regions are shown in your local currency on the App Store or Google Play before you confirm purchase. Prices include any applicable VAT.
4. Billing and auto-renewal
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Your subscription automatically renews every month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
- No refund is offered for the unused portion of a billing period after cancellation, except where required by law.
5. Free trial
New subscribers are offered a 14-day free trial of Fertility Minds Premium. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid Premium subscription at £7.99 per month, charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account. You can cancel any time before the trial ends, through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, and you will not be charged. Only one free trial is available per user. The exact trial length and the price after the trial are shown before you confirm purchase.
6. How to cancel
iOS / iPadOS: Open the Settings app › tap your name at the top › Subscriptions › Fertility Minds › Cancel Subscription.
Android: Open the Google Play app › tap your profile icon › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › Fertility Minds › Cancel subscription.
Your Premium access continues until the end of the current billing period.
7. Changes to price
We may change subscription prices from time to time. If we do, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance by email and in the app. The new price will take effect at your next renewal — you can cancel before that date if you do not wish to continue.
8. Refunds
Because subscriptions are processed by Apple and Google, refund requests must be made through them. See our Refund Policy for step-by-step instructions and details of your statutory consumer rights.
9. Family Sharing
Fertility Minds Premium is for individual use. It does not currently support Apple Family Sharing or Google Play Family library.
10. Restoring purchases
If you re-install the app or switch devices, you can restore your Premium subscription using the "Restore Purchases" option in the app settings. You must be signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you used to subscribe.
11. UK consumer rights
If you are a consumer in the UK, you typically have a 14-day "cooling-off" right to cancel a subscription under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. By accessing Premium content immediately after purchase, you may waive this right for content you have used — but you can still cancel future billing at any time. Nothing in these terms excludes statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
