The fastest way: in-app
The quickest route is inside the Fertility Minds app:
- Open the app and sign in
- Go to My Account › Privacy Settings › Delete Account
- Confirm with your password
Your account will be marked for deletion immediately and your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

If you can't access the app — for example, you've lost your password or removed the app — fill in the form below and we'll process your request within 7 days.
What happens when you delete your account
- Your profile, mood check-ins, saved content and private messages are permanently deleted.
- Your community posts and comments are removed. Where another member has replied to or quoted them, they may remain in anonymised form.
- Your subscription does not automatically cancel — please cancel separately in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- Certain records may be retained where required by law (for example, payment records for tax purposes for up to 7 years), or in anonymised form for security and abuse prevention.
- Deletion is permanent. We cannot restore deleted accounts.
Subscription reminder. Deleting your Fertility Minds account does not cancel an active Premium subscription billed through Apple or Google. Please cancel through your App Store or Google Play account first to avoid further charges.
