Refund Policy

How to request a refund for Fertility Minds Premium — and your statutory consumer rights.

1. Who processes refunds

Because all Fertility Minds Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, refund requests must be made directly with the platform you subscribed through. We do not have access to process or issue refunds for app store purchases ourselves.

2. How to request a refund — Apple App Store (iOS)

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com in any browser
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID
  3. Find your Fertility Minds purchase
  4. Tap or click "Report a Problem" and select "Request a refund"
  5. Choose a reason and submit

Apple typically responds within 48 hours and is the final decision-maker.

3. How to request a refund — Google Play (Android)

  1. Open the Google Play website or the Play Store app
  2. Find Fertility Minds in your order history
  3. Select "Request a refund" or "Report a problem"
  4. Choose a reason and submit

Google typically responds within 4 business days. If declined, you can also email Google Play support directly.

4. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law

If you are a consumer based in the United Kingdom, you have rights under:

  • The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 — a 14-day "cooling-off" period for digital services, unless you have started using the service immediately after purchase and waived this right at checkout.
  • The Consumer Rights Act 2015 — digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If it isn't, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

These rights apply regardless of any refund decision made by Apple or Google. If you believe your statutory rights have been affected and your refund has been denied by the app store, please contact us at hello@fertilityminds.com with your order details — we will work with the store on your behalf.

5. When refunds typically apply

  • You were charged twice for the same subscription period
  • You were charged after cancelling within the cancellation window
  • A serious technical fault prevented you from accessing the Service for an extended period and we have been unable to resolve it
  • You are exercising your statutory cooling-off right and have not used the service

6. Cancellation is separate from refund

Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not automatically refund the current period. Please see our Subscription Terms for cancellation instructions.
